1. Chelsea Flower Show

    23 23 May 2011

Tomorrow I will be going to Chelsea to see first hand the floral trends that will be set for next year. Chelsea is a showcase for what’s going to be trendy and inspiring for the year ahead, so I’m hoping to get some inspiration for my 2012 brides. We know there is a ‘William and Catherine’ rose, but what else will I see that is inspired by our newlyweds?!

Watch this space for my thoughts and floral inspiartion  for my 2012 brides……

  2. A Royal Wedding!

    18 18 November 2010

How exciting to hear the news of the wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton to take place next year! I’m am eagerly awaiting the news of which top florist they will choose to create their floral designs for the day. If Kate follows the trends from the catwalk and the word from London for what’s ‘in’ next year, her choices will be peaches, creams and whites. I am sure she will keep quite traditional and possibly choose British grown flowers. Personally, I would love to see her wearing an elegant lace gown and holding flowers such as David Austin roses, peonies, or scented narcissi etc. An April or May wedding may include Lily of the Valley…….how gorgeous! We’ll just have to wait and see which top florist gets the gig…..maybe Jamie Aston?! I’ll wait by the phone anyway (you never know)!!! xx
