Poppy field
One of my daily walks with Ruby takes me past this beautiful field. I couldn’t resist taking a picture so that I could share it with you all. I hope you enjoy it!

I am so lucky living only a few steps away from Kenilworth Castle. Each day I walk past it with Ruby (my Bernese mountain dog) and come across all sorts of inspiration. The Elizabethan Garden is beautiful and looks stunning. Not only do it see the Castle everyday, I work their a lot, doing the floral designs for lots of weddings that take place in the Gatehouse. If you’re interested in having your wedding there, please click on the link under ‘Ailsa’s Friends’ to find out more information.
Last weekend was a busy wedding weekend with weddings at Wroxall Abbey and Raymond Blanc’s Le Manoir in Oxford. Two very different weddings, one with a purple and cream theme, beautiful English country style and the second, all things white……perfect for Le Manoir! Hannah chose a bouquet of white peonies, stocks, veronica and freesia, so beautifully classic and a bundle of fragrance. Photos to follow shortly, but I hope Liz and Hannah had a fantastic day and enjoyed their blooms.
